Ran my fastest 5k to date in my huaraches. Love ‘em! Hills used to make me mentally spew a stream of profanities, but now they’re just fun. My feet are free to do all the work for me. It sounds weird, but trust me, it works.
Also finished reading Born to Run this past week - even if running isn’t your thing, I HIGHLY recommend that book. It’s a non-fiction work of art that will get you excited about just being alive. Try it! :)
